We will be deploying a new Research Transformer for Journeys and extending our backend message schemas to support additional fields. To apply these upgrades, all data-flow services must be redeployed. No data will be lost. Incoming items will be queued and delivered once the upgrade completes.

The Journeys and Destinations services are being redeployed to apply updates and improvements. Temporary interruptions in functionality may occur during this process. We appreciate your understanding.

As part of scheduled updates, all services involved in the data processing flow will undergo upgrades. During this period, data collection, processing, and reporting may be temporarily affected. We are working to ensure minimal disruption and will restore full functionality as quickly as possible.

We are currently deploying the Brand attribute project. This may cause downtime in some of our services.

Analytics update in progress. Recent changes to the analytics payload or UI may temporarily affect reporting accuracy while older data formats are being updated.
