We wanted to let you know about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window on the Intempt platform. During this time, our Journeys and Data Collection services will be temporarily unavailable. This maintenance is essential to support ongoing performance and reliability. No data will be lost.
Maintenance Details:
Date: 09.29.2025
Time: 15:30-16:00 EEST
Expected Downtime: Approximately 15 minutes
Expected Degraded time: Approximately 5 minutes
Current Downtime and SLA Compliance:
As part of our commitment to a 99.9% weekly SLA, we allow up to 10 minutes and 5 seconds of downtime per week.
Downtime Week to Date: >20 minutes
Degraded time to Date: >30 minutes
SLA Status: We are currently not with our SLA for this week.
What to Expect After Maintenance:
All services will be restored post-maintenance, and customer workflows, tracking, personalization, and AI predictions will resume without any required action on your part.
